Japanese Grant Aid for the Project for the Construction of Waste-to-Energy Facilities in Davao City
Dear Sir and/or Madam,
Crown Agents Japan Limited, acting as Procurement Agent for and on behalf of the City Government of Davao, hereby invites qualified and interested Japanese firms to express their interest in participating in the Pre-Bid Dialogue for the Project for the Construction of Waste-to-Energy Facilities in Davao (“the Project”) which will be financed by a grant extended by the Government of Japan pursuant to the Exchange of Notes and the Agreed Minutes on Procedural Details signed between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of Japan on 20 March 2018.
Eligible firms interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Dialogue are kindly requested to submit the application form and all accompanying documents by e-mail to the following address, which shall be prepared in accordance with this Invitation for Pre-Bid Dialogue and the Instructions to Applicants.

Applications for Pre-Bid Dialogue must be submitted not later than 17:00 Japan standard time on 11 March 2026.
All successfully qualified applicants who are to be invited for the Pre-Bid Dialogue will be informed in due course.
Qualified applicants shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to obtain the documents for the Pre-Bid Dialog. The form of the Non-Disclosure Agreement will be provided to the qualified applicants by Crown Agents Japan.
Note:
– Your application under this notice does not convey automatic right to participate in any given opportunity under this notice.
– Attendance at this Pre-Bid Dialogue is not a mandatory requirement for participation in future bidding process for the Project.
